BLOCK OF 10KG UNSALTED JERSEY ORGANIC, GRASS-FED, SINGLE-HERD A2 JERSEY BUTTER – 84% M.F.

*Available in Ontario Only*

Enjoy the format that our Elite Chefs, Pastry Chefs, and Bakers use. Perfect for home bakers and cooks who prefer to enjoy St Brigid's in bulk--just in time for all of your Holiday Baking, or your making of Ghee/Clarified Butter at home.

The block is delivered frozen. We recommend you safely thaw it in the fridge, portion or use as needed. You can refreeze it, if necessary (just like when you refreeze butter that you buy thawed at the supermarket, which has, by CFIA standard, been frozen at make)

St. Brigid’s Creamery’s barrel-churned European Style unsalted butter is made from 100% organic, grass-fed, single-herd A2 Jersey cream.

It’s harvested on holistically- and regeneratively-managed lands at the van Nes family farm and churned at Alliston Creamery in Ontario. Rich in flavour and creamy in texture, this vibrant-yellow 84% M.F. butter will somehow make you love butter even more.

Shelf Life & Storage

The butter, frozen, has a 1 year shelf life from date of production. Safely-thawed and refrigerated butter is good for up to 3 months (if it lasts you that long!)

Your butter is shipped frozen on refrigerated trucks so you will likely receive it frozen. We recommend you store it in your freezer.
